Thank You

Thank you to everyone who spent time to vote on my Poll Question:

"As a result of bullying fallout, have you or anyone you know who has been bullied actually left the company or changed departments?"

I will soon put up the results with some comments ........... it is clear that staying on in the workplace after the bullying has not been an option for the majority, with only 4% staying on as the bully left. In these cases I would be interested to know what made the bully leave? Was it due to the intervention of HR or peer pressure? Was the bully fired or disciplined? and was this a serial bully? If we could get an insight into the circumstance, maybe we could turn the 4% into 94%?!
